Acceptable Forms of ID

  • Ohio Driver’s License

  • State of Ohio ID card

  • Interim ID form issued by the Ohio BMV

  • A US passport

  • A US passport card

  • US military ID card

  • Ohio National Guard ID card

  • US Department of Veterans Affairs ID card

No ID?

  • You are still allowed to vote. You will cast a provisional ballot.

  • You have 4 DAYS after Election Day to bring a valid ID to the Board of Elections for your provisional vote to count.

Other Details

  • Polling sites are open 6:30am - 7:30pm. As long as you are in line by 7:30pm, you should be allowed to vote.

  • Absentee ballots must be post-marked today or received by the boards of elections by 7:30pm today.
